THE KARSEY GLASS WARRANTY LETTER

Karsey Glass hereby guarantees that all labor and materials furnished and the work performed; under the plans and specifications of the residential performance contract documents; will be free from defects of materials for 5 years and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of completion of the project to the original purchaser.

Any defective error occurring within the warranty period shall be replaced at no cost to the property owner.

All warranty work will require a signed Work Authorization Form.

Nothing in the above shall be deemed to imply that this Warranty applies to work which has been abused or neglected by the owner.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY:

• Damage to the product caused by accident, fire, floods or acts of God.

• Damage to the product caused as a result of the application of any tinting product,

• Damage to the product as a result of tampering by any other party.

• Damage to the product as a result of negligence or abuse.
